Yes honey, like one person mentioned, 210 lbs is not healthy for your age. Are you male or female, what is your height? If you are a tall male, 180 is an ok weight, but even that is a lot for a young man.
Stay away from junk and try to eat healthy. Just to put junk food into perspective, when you drink a 20 oz coke, it is 200 calories. If you run on a treadmill for 2 miles, you will burn 200 calories. That is a lot of work to burn of one soda! And your body doesn't even get anything out of it. So opt for more natural and unprocessed stuff like fruits, veggies, and low fat low calorie meat, like fish.
Maybe you could try out for a sport, what are your interests? Or maybe you and your dad can work out together with a personal trainer. I see this one young man about your age in my gym with his father and their personal trainer, and they look like they're having a good time!

I've always found that eating slower and actually taking the time to enjoy food helps. That way, you end up not eating as much because you're not as hungry for dessert.
