You just need to go the boy you like and tell him that what his friend said about you wasn't true. If he doesn't believe you still, then he's not the right guy for you.

Same thing happened to me. I kissed my now fiance's best friend and he told my fiance that I did way more (this all happened before me and my fiancee got together) anyways my fiancee did believe him at first but I showed him that there was no possible way that anything like that happened. Moral of the story someone could still end up loving you even if their friends tell them that you did stuff that you did not do. I should know I've been with my fiancee for going on 4 years now and we have a beautiful daughter together

Ok this is a big problem yes, but it can be fixed. All you have do do is stop the guy you like in the hall way and tell him that all the lies about you aren't true. If he still doesn't belive you then its not worth it.

pretend the guy you realy liked isnt involved and make sure you get the point across to ur ex that you're mad and when you know the guy u like is in earshot go up to ur x and be like 'why did u say that u know its not true' so that ur crush knows its a lie but thinks ur not concerned whether HE Knows they wer lies or not.

If you really love your boyfriend and don't want to give him up, try to prove his best friend wrong about you. Show your boyfriend that his best friend is a liar by acting true to yourself.

He probably did not like you in the first place -- if he did he would not have automatically believed his friend. Sorry -- but I think that is the truth of the matter.

You just be yourself. If he really likes you, then he'll ignore the lies and get to know the truth about you, and he'll make the move.

you should talk to the guy you like. ask him what his best friend told him. and convince him that you swear none of its true. just talk to him. if he's the guy you think he is.. he'll understand. if he doesn't believe you.. he's not worth it.
