I drunk a cup of liquor and i was fine until after about 2 hours i drunk it my head is starting to hurt.
Could this be from the alcohol?

Most definately! Are you smoking cigs too? I believe with smokeing and drinking..the smoke is more likely to cause the headache..but if you are just getting the head ache...some alcohols will do that to certain people...Like beer

Dehydration from the alcohol, drinks lots of water waem things to eat and relax for a day.

The reason could be that alcohol makes your blood vessels in your head and brain contract and retract which could cause a headache especially if your already experiencing tension.

Yea, some alcohol is a blend of different grains or products (i.e. gin) which can cause some people to get headaches. My mom gets them from white wine. I can't drink gin.

It can also come from lack of sleep or watching too much tv or computers.
Or maybe you were catching a little cold?

drink water after your done drinking. It flushes out your system and you will feel much better later.
