It takes a bird a period of time to adjust to a new surrounding. She's probably slightly shocked by her recent move. If she's shaking alot she may be cold. Everyone else thought she looked ill, I thought she was a beautiful bird without proper facilities.

Hi,
If that is the cage you are keeping her in you need to go straight out and buy her a bigger one with perches, you need toys to keep them happy and also cuttlefish, She cannot move at all in the cage, which is a realy big problem, However, Also, i cant really say if there is anything wrong as such from pictures, all i can see is she cannot stand normally but then she cant put her tale down in that cage,,,,,,,, if she is eating and drinking, and is alert then i dont think there is anything wrong with her, however if your still worried then you can always consult an avian vet? or call the person you got her off, maybe she is just getting ready to lay? in which case sometimes you can see the vent area will be swollen, at this time of the year also make sure she is kept away from any windows/doors with drafs coming through!

I don't see any perches in this cage. Birds need a place to roost, and perches offer this. This bird can not get off the bottom of this cage without them. From the pictures, she does look depressed and sick. She should not be shaking, unless she is by a window or in a draft. Please take her to a bird vet ASAP. You have to place the cage in an area free from cold and drafts. Be sure to cover the cage at night with a towel, or blanket. Birds eat a lot for their size and quite often. If she is not eating, she will die within a few days. She also needs gravel which aids digestion. You can supply this in a feed cup or on the bottom of the cage. You will have to get bird vitamins to put in her drinking water so she will get all the nutrition she needs. Please keep the water clean. Also, this cage is way too small for this bird. You will have to get a much larger cage for Cockatiels. Try looking in the want ads to get one, since it is much cheaper than paying retail prices. You do not want the tail feathers to touch any part of the sides when she turns around. Good luck!

You need a bigger cage for starters, and a couple of perches for her to stand on, a mirror or some toys!!! If you only got her today I'd ask the breeder. Maybe it's a shock thing from changing house, but you need something for her to do rather than just standing on the floor of the cage.

from the pictures, I don't really see anything obvious. I don't see a perch, you should get one. There are lots of good sites on the web if your not sure how to care for her. Don't let her go without eating or drinking though, birds are good at hiding their illness.
Find a good vet before you really need one, don't wait until your bird gets sick. It might not be a bad idea to get her checked out just to make sure she's OK.
she's really pretty. I have one also.

Yes...maybe she's thinking "WTF...he expects me to live in this tiny place!!!?"...and gets depressed.
edit: You think a smaller cage will make her better??? Change her back to the bigger cage...her tail's sticking out!!!
