well this is hard to tell, is beter to learn abauth this from a library and u will see is depends by some tings. u say to madam from there what kind of bid tipe u want to learn and se will tell you what book to red. :) good luck.

Is your pigeon sick, or acting strangely. It's a little hard to help quickly, if if you can't be more specific about the urgency of the situation!!!!

you have to turn it over and take your index finger and feel just before here vent, on the side closest to here chest. there should be two bones their and that's like the pelvic bone. If the gap between the two bones is narrow its a male and if its wide enough for your index finger to fit their or wider its a female. Its were the eggs pass through at.

If it's a male of breeding age, he will posture and hoot at you when you approach. He may even bat you with his wing. He stands tall and sucks air into his crop and hoots at you.
If it's a female she's much more docile.
To be sure, you can get a DNA test done.
