If you actually look at Christianity and take away God and Jesus and the psychotic people you pretty much have the guidelines to be a really good person. I don't necessarily agree with Christianity's views but their way of life is commendable. Do you agree?

If you could separate out all the people who "claim" to be Christian from the real ones-you may be surprised indeed. Christians get a lot of credit for things they don't do , or believe in.

Not really. I find Buddhism has already done that, only they have different and better guidelines. Christianity still holds against certain things, even when you do take away all the God and Jesus stuff. Buddhists are all about peace.

Just the oposite. In you take away these big religious organizations and super rich TV Evangelists and religious clerics.
Who forment war. Go by the teachings in the bible from Jesus.
love thy neighbor and do good to those persacuting you.
Tell these False religions to go away you will be fine.
All i can think of is that these people are like the religous leaders in Jesus day who were money lovers and rich and politics was more important than a man being raised from the dead.

now who decides what a "really good person" is? good isn't fact, it's oppinion. it's a view. i may think that homocidal maniacs are good people (i don't, otherwise i would be calling them homocidal maniacs), you may not. make your own oppinions on what "good" is.
