Ok so I breastfed my daughter (now 2) and my breasts arenet as perky as i'd like them to be.....what can i do to revive my perkiness?

not much....sorry, but you can try chest presses or push ups, or butterfly exercise at the gym. that will help a little with the pectoral muscle.

I think other than surgery there is not much that can be done. Maybe invest in a good bra. I pumped milk for my son because he was on a feeding tube and I have the same problem. I use the push-up bras.

Nothing. Time, gravity, and pregancy/breastfeeding has a way of doing that to the best of us. You could try upper body exercise but that would probably just make them smaller. Come to grips with it and enjoy your new mommy body.
