k i know this girl that i like and we are best friends...but the story goes like this....we started out as Bf/Gf then we broke up then we were crazy about each other now we arnt now she's says she doesnt like like me but shes showing me other wise...can anyone explain this to me

the thing is she doesnt want you to leave her life... as in stop all sorts of communication btw you... and since yall have been b/f g/f she knows she can get you if she wants you but right now she doesnt want you... and the reason shes showing signs she does but not acting on them is because she wants to make sure that your still there for her...she wants the feeling of having you around and being able to have you with you being hers.. she likes the attention and wants to keep it but not as a g/f she wants the attention just as a frend...i hope that made some sort of sense!
my suggestion would be..go ahead and stick around giv her some attention but move on relationshipwise...like find another girl to like..but remain frends with the first one...
b/c it sounds like the first one just wants you to hang around

don't feel like the lone ranger on that one. i have the same problem. my best friend is a male and we dated each other for twice and now i have finally matured enough to realize that i love him, but he is thinking that we are better as friends. even though he definately gives other people (my family and his included) that we are dating one another. she may just be acting the way she always does or maybe she does like you, but like my best friend has been lying about it for so long that she is afraid to show her real feelings.

Girls that you break up with will keep giving you signs of working it out in case they can't find someone else. You need to remember that you will always be second choice to her if she does come back so it's best to move on.
