scene as in the label[look it up]
i have very dark dirty blonde hair.
and i dont want my cut shorter than the top of my chest.
i can not dye or highlight my hair.
helppp.

I don't know what a "scene" haircut is but why don't you try calling hair salons and see if you can find someone who knows what it is and can do it? Good Luck!
