A program where you can CREATE your own music...?

Anyone know of any programs where you can create your own music?

I'm looking for a program where you can choose from zillions of beats that are installed in the program and you can just combine them to make awesome tunes.

Maybe try www.flstudio.com . It really depends on what you want to be doing, there are tons of apps out there for audio recording, audio manipulation, and audio sequencing.
