I love when teens ask for advice. Its like the wonder years all over.
Well try to be her friend first. But if you are brave enough ask her out. What is the worst that can happen. Don't waist time thinking what if??? That sucks. Take risk. That's all a part of growing up. But if you try to be her friend first it would be difficult later to ask her out, & later to break up (because you already had a friendship). I know sounds tricky. But try it.

Just Tell her how u feel i know i am only 12 & Wouldnt know but i have a friend who was dating 4 guys @ once & they all found out & broke up with her she tells me every thing i could need to know about guys & yes she is my age & if she says no then if she talks to u just like blow her off & dont talk to her

Play it cool. Desperation is not attrative, so I'm told. But don't play it so cool that she forgets you're there. Just think of a few question to ask her and show her that you are interested. But remember, No means NO, so I'm told.

Well flirt with her see if she flirts back. If you are already friends with her and you are confident ask if she likes you or ask her out. If she does like you she will drop hints like looking at you or if she catches you staring at her she smiles back. Watch for the signs!

Ask to talk to her privatley, ignore her friends snickers and giggles, talk to her, sy how you feel about her, ask her out, and if she says she dosen't like you, that's her problem, and then you go on and move on with life.

try tlaking to her and get to know her if you don't already
then ask her out
