The reason is my live-in bf always says that he loves me , and would never masturbate or lust after other women, fine whatever. Guys masturbate...It doesn't matter how often we have sex with them, how good it is, or how attracted they are to us. It's just a fact of life.

I'm sorry you are so upset. You make your choice as to what constitutes cheating or disrespect and then you live with the decision and the consequences of that, right? Understanding that the VAST majority of guys and a very large portion of women get off through masturbation even when in committed relationships might (or might not) enter in to your decision making process. What is it specifically that upsets you about what he did? What is it, very specifically, that you fear about his behavior that produces the upset? You may need to do some very difficult work to figure out what triggers the upset. But, it can be done.
