There are stages of growth called Tanner Stages. In each stage there is specific development. At age 12 you are probably in stage 4. Once you hit Tanner stage 5 you will be fully developed. So yes, you will actually have to wait a while for breast.
But, breast and butt are also heriditary. So if your mom has a nice butt and nice breast, than you can probably bet that you will have the same. Look at the women in your family, both mother and father's sides. If they don't have breast and butt, then unfortunately, you may not ever have large breasts or a nice butt.
There is an alternative to radical measures such as sugery. Instead of thinking of surgery, exercise. There are a lot of exercises that can give you the physical assets you desire.

no dear... you are either gonna be born with it or you're not. You might not ever have it. The only thing you can do about nature is plastic surgery, and that is just a bad idea. Try loving yourself and quit paying so much attention to the music videos. I know that's what's got you thinking you need to look like that. It's what is hot right now, but remember that could always change. Just find someone who wants you for you.

im 12 and black too. girl, i got an A cup. no worries.
Boys like boobs, but then again, who cares about boys! not me . they can be sexist pigs sometimes , ya know. We shouldn't have to be forced to have C cups at 12 years old

Ur only 12 u will grow trust me.....food makes ur body grow but not for that reason...just wait til ur 18.
