Just curious as to what wedding songs were played at weddings recently. Our wedding is in June and is an outdoor traditional ceremony and am choosing songs for my friend to sing.

Are the songs to sing for the reception, ceremony or both? There are a lot of wedding websites with song lists. I just went through this whole ordeal having gotten married in October. It's fun, but time consuming. Our first dance song was "You and Me" by Kenny Chesney. It also depends on your taste in music. There's the forever popular "From this Moment" by Shania Twain. Or you could have something more traditional like "Ave Maria". This is something you would have to research on your own. You could try a couple of these websites maybe they would help.

We played a tape of Crystal from the Practical Magic Soundtrack by Stevie Nicks. It was beautiful, and tied in bc we were married near water.
