nicely i wager that relies upon on how north you want to bypass. Trinidad in Humboldt County is a staggering little coastline community about 40 min north of Eureka. they have a staggering state coastline and there are some eating places round on the city, as well many extra down in Eureka. This area is understand for it really is "Indian summer time" so the elements will be warmth and worry-free in September. And to the above posters the SF Bay area =/= Northern California.

There are a ton of vineyards that would be PERFECT for any wedding...as long as you don't mind things being outdoors b/c only some of them offer indoor receptions. This specific vineyard http://www.harmonywynelands.com/ is absolutely gorgeous...Good luck!
