Do not eat for an entire week. (Actually, stay under 1000 calories, and no sugar) Drink lots of water. Run a few miles on the treadmill everyday. The way to the 6 - pack is dropping the fat on top of the abdominals.

Believe in yourself. Don't listen to negative answers.
A lot of situps. Drink a lot of milk with evey meal. Get a good multiviamin. Take it in the morning. If you're real serious, get some creatine and glutamine and start supplementing immediately. (GNC, et cetera.)
The worst idea is doing nothing. Good luck.

It is impossible to get a six-pack in one week unless you are really thin where a lot of muscle will show easily. I don't even work out my stomach, and I have the start of a six-pack. ( I am very thin )
