Does he still like me?

Okay i liked this guy last year and i told him and he told me he kinda like me too. He really didn't act like he did but kept writing notes to me on how all the other girls flirt with him a lot and how annoying it is! And this year hes been trying to get my attention...he passes by me and my friends and looks straight at me, in the hallways he passes by me and his arm rubs against mine, and today he pushed his shoulder into my shoulder then smiled. Why is he doing this?

He probably still likes you. He's been showing it for a year...just let him know somehow that you like him too, and see what happens from there.
