2. compass
3. large box of matches in a waterproof container
4. knife
5. water bottle

I've never even been camping, so I might not survive...but a survival course on tv I saw once said these were the most important.

Solar powered bathtub that dispenses soap.

a 5000 lb nutrition bar.

A aerogel sleeping bag.

A machine that makes naked supermodels. Only one sleeping bag..hmmm.

Oh! I get one more? How bout a GPS laptop with internet capabilites that gets me picked up when I want. 14 days! Pfft. How bout a year. Plus I want to be able to access yahoo answers to tell you how good it's going.

A knife, a bic lighter, a thick fleece blanket, a tarp, and a trained cooper's hawk.

Since you'll only let me have five things, I'll have to do without a compass or map, so if i get lost it's all your fault!

I was dropped off by Chinook helicopter in the wilderness with a raft... it was actually awesome

the kind of food the military overseas eats. canteen with water, waterproof sleeping bag for low temps, flashlight, radio with chip in it.
