Everybodys hair is different, so that is kind of hard to answer. Everytime you do blowdry your hair try not to do it on the highest heat setting, and use some sort of heat protection on your hair to prevent frying it.

It is going to be damages no matter how much you do it...i find if you blow dry you hair a couple times a week and wash it ever other day your hair seems less damaged also use products that deal with mechanical damage done to your hair (blow dry, curling iron, flat iron, ect.) bed head makes a great product called fashionista smooth and shine and spritz and shine that protects and coats the hair from getting damaged during daily styling....you should check em out

What i do is blow dry it for special occasions or every other day just so it can have some time to relax after the heat damage. If you're only using a blow dryer or a straightening iron once or twice a week you should be fine.. just not everyday!

Better than blow drying it straight is using ceramic hair irons, they are heaps less damaging on your hair, and depending on your lifestyle you can get away with only needing to straighten it once or twice a week.

well, i have curly hair, and i blow dry it everytime i take a shower. that is about 5 or 6 times a week. hope this helps. hopwever, you should straighten your hair less often, because it could get too dry.

try rollers in damp hair for a change instead of blowdrying as large rollers can give you the volume that you are after when you blow dry your hair and the non-heated rollers will not cause heat damage
