I believe so, =/ that's alot of nasty fat. You know how it says on the back of the box like for example... 120 cal perserving, 15 fal cal. Well think of it as thing... A big back of fat, a big bag of sugar, a big bag of salt (sodium). When you really see it, you won't want to eat it. It is VERY unhealthy and can lower you lifespan. Think about what you are eating, I recommend looking at the nutrition labels of everything you eat. That is what I do.

Well if you ask me (Nigerian male 23yrs), I don't really know what all the fuss is about gaining weight and the fears and horrors that follow it. I gotta admit things are very different from where we both come from, but my philosophy is not to harm myself no matter what. Therefore I don't see any sense in imitating unrealistic models you see on t.v or even movie stars. In fact a skinny girl isn't as attractive as one with some body, you know plumpy. So just try not to harm your body but at the same time enjoy it and your life. I once read that :"We exercise so that we can die healthy". Go figure.
