No brainer.... you either accept his cheating and expect it now and throughout your relationship.... and very likely when he marries.
Or you dump him now and find a guy who understands faithfulness.
When someone cheats... they generally will have a life pattern of doing it ... not always.... but that's what normally happens.

Since you cannot control or change him, you get to make a decision about what you are going to do.
Firstly, I wouldn't take it personally. He's not cheating on you, he's cheating himself.
What are you going to do? What statement about yourself is made if you choose to try to force a relationship with a guy that is dishonest and cheats? You cannot trust him and even if he never cheated again (which is highly unlikely) you will always have that fear in the back of your mind.
The best thing to do is to take care of yourself & leave him alone. You have two things no one else can give: your presence and your absence. You only deserve what you are willing to accept. If you choose a cheating boyfriend, then you will have it. If you choose a faithful boyfriend, move on until you find one and you will have that.

Do you know for a fact? I'd considering breaking up with him, he isn't worth your time if he can't be faithful to you. Trust is one of the most important things in a relationship and you will NEVER fully trust him. Don't find this out after the wedding, kids, house etc. Get out now if you know for sure that he broke your trust.

Dump him. I don't care if it's the first time. If someone cheats on you they don't have respect for you. A relationship is about a trust. You can't trust someone when their cheating on you. It leads to stress and paranoia.
Just dump him.

ONLY YOU CAN MAKE THAT DECISION. BUT HERES WHAT I THINK ANYWAY ONCE A CHEAT ALWAYS A CHEAT. THE LONGER YOU STAY THE MORE HURT YOU WILL ENDURE, AND IF YOU TAKE HIM BACK THE TRUST IS GONE .YOU CAN'T HAVE A RELATIONSHIP WITHOUT TRUST.

if you know for sure that he cheated on you, then you should break up with him, but sometimes people deserve a second chance, so talk to him about it. and if you know for sure that all that trust is gone, end it.
