I wouldn't. Olive oil has very strong aroma and taste when cooked. You can use applesauce or mayonaise instead of oil.

There is a huge differencee between olive oil and vegi oil. Personally I wouldn't use it for cake mix. It would give it an oily, oliviy taste, like the olive oil used in bread dipping sauce.

No, trust me i tried it and my cake turned out horrible! If u need vegetable oil go to the nearest grcery store and pick up some vegetable oil.

i wouldnt suggest it, virgin oil is strong scented and flavored and will give ur cake a different flavor. I wont take that chance

extra virgin is ok for bakin but adds a different flavor to your baked goods it is also a lot better for you I use it in waffles and muffins
