i had chemo.that sometimes cause a fading of eye color,skin and hair[and some lose their hair]

There are treatments for people who have certain skin discoloration disorders. Michael Jackson had his skin lightened...so I'm sure you could darken it in places where you have no melanin. I don't know that it would be a true melanin replacement though...but more of a steroid treatment.

nope. can't replenish, can't add, can't delete. you have what you have from birth.
