How can you improve you jump length? How can u improve your speed and stamina? How can you improve your strength in the arms?

I need suggestions that don't need to buy stuff and I am looking for suggestions that won't make me smaller (i am just 13).

A good athelete is one who has a mentality that he/she cant be stopped even when they are slowed down a bit. Put that attitude in your activities and you will grow into a champion one day. Practice, practice, practice. Be a Lion out there.

Well, you can try this ancient Chinese thing. You can tie weights to your feet and arms and walk/run/jog around your neighborhood, whatever, and keep on increasing the weights. It'll make you jump really far/long, increase your speed, and improve the strength in your arms because when you take the weights off, you feel really light. You can just sew/glue fabric and put, say, rice or beans in it and velcro it or tie it around your legs/arms.
