A lot of sites let you pay with your bank account online or give you the option of sending money through the mail. Most recommend bank check or money order instead of cash, though, since sending cash raises the possibility of abuse by the receiver of the payment.

eBay lets you use your PayPal account, which is linked to your bank account. Most eBay sellers also allow for people to send personal checks/money orders, or cash via Registered Mail. Same thing with Half.com.

PayPal can also give you a "virtual" credit card to shop online, which disappears once you're done with that shopping session. It just assigns a credit card number to you and the funds are taken out of your PayPal account, which can be linked to your checking or savings account.

Amazon.com also lets buyers send a money order by printing out an invoice and mailing in the payment. Amazon also has a large group of affiliate sellers, who offer items on the Amazon site but ship the orders through their own stores. This opens up hundreds of sellers who take check or money order.

These are the most common sites that can take other forms of payment besides credit cards. A lot of membership sites online also give purchasers the option of sending money through the mail. But it's hard to recommend any specific sites, since we don't know what type of sites you're looking for.
