No religion should EVER be allowed to have their own state, let alone nuclear weapons.

As someone who is Christian, and who has built a faith in the Bible due to it's track record, then no, I do not believe the Jewish people have a divine right to the land of Israel at this time.

Jesus (a Jew) stated that the Jews do enjoy an interesting position. Salvation, according to Jesus, originiated with the Jews. According to Paul (a Jew), the Jews were the ones entrusted with the holy scriptures. But Jesus quite clearly stated to his fellow Jews that their "house was abandoned to them" when referencing the temple and their land. That covenant came to an end per the Bible, in more scriptures than I can think of.

And as a Native American (Eastern Tsalagi), I think the idea of reperations are rediculous. History is just that . . . the past. The only thing we can do, is prove true to the culture today by taking responsibility for our own actions. This is the Tsalagi spirit.

The term "God's people" or "God's Chosen People" for the Jews is actually a poor translation. A more accurate translation would be "the people who have chosen God." The Jews believe God offered them a certain set of laws and beliefs by which to live, and they are the tribe that *choose* to live by those laws... they signed up for God's dodgeball team, God didn't "pick" them.

After all the movement over the past hundreds and thousands of years, technically no one has a "right" to live anywhere. Everyplace you stand belonged to someone else once upon a time. The question is, the people alive today have got to live somewhere, so how far back do you go to decided who has the best "right" to the land? You can try to do what feels fair, but if you spend too much time splitting hairs over rhetorical rights, you'll just go nuts and no one will be happy.

Yes, the U.S. government unfairly stole land from the Native Americans, and engaged in genocide to help claim the land for the white man. But that was over a hundred years ago - does it make sense that all non-Native Americans should pack up and leave the country now? If they left, they would just displace someone else somewhere, and be robbed of a place they've called home for generations. Is that fair?

Israel is a sacred land in several religions, and in a sense, belongs to the faithful of all those religions. Israel was given as a homeland to the Jews, by international agreement, over 60 years ago. Surely they have as much right to it as anyone else. But there would be a lot less war if people could learn to share peacefully, instead of squabbling over lines in the sand.

Ge 15:18
In the same day the LORD made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates:

This is the boundries of the land given to Abram later known as Abraham. It was given to Abraham and his descendants.
They certainly don't occupy all the land from the Nile to the Euphrates although God gave it to Abraham.

So, Yes I do believe the land belongs to Israel, and more land than they inhabit today.

I believe that in the Bible, God CLEARLY states that Israel belongs to the Jews. There is nothing Biblically stated that gives the natives divine rights to their land. (I am of native blood). God's promise to natives is the same as to everyone else Salvation through Jesus Christ.

Biblical Right
The first reference in Scripture pertaining to ownership of the Land of Israel is found in the book of Genesis, chapters 12 and 13. These Scriptures relate how Abraham was summoned by God to move from Haran in upper Mesopotamia to the land of Canaan in order to form a nation based on monotheism. “And the LORD said to Abram, after Lot had separated from him: ‘Lift your eyes now and look from the place where you are––northward, southward eastward, and westward; for all the land which you see I give to you and your descendants forever” (Gen.13:14–15). From Abraham would spring a new family, the nation of Israel, and God’s purpose to bring forth the Saviour of the world from the descendants of Abraham.

It is written in the bible that the land between the Egyptian River and the Euphraties River is given to Israel. That is the way God sees it. So the others in the area, aren't in line with Gods purpose (unless they are born of God Christians).

But through Jesus Christ all who are saved, born of God through faith in Jesus Christ, are fellow heirs with Jesus, part of the family of God. So, those born of God are Jesus descendants. It is written that the nations are divided according to the number of Israel. Israel is a central point to God.

As for the native americans, there are still many native americans in America. Many are coming back from Mexico. I don't know of the Lord Gods promise to native americans, except they can come to the knowledge of Gods saving Grace and be restored in relationship with God also. Same as every other nation.

I guess they do,they wrote the original book that puts their religion together creating their God,which they cobbled together from their beliefs at the time combined with what they borrowed from faiths that came before them. And in it is stated clearly that they are Gods chosen people,as his chosen people they have a right to anything they want. Since they made up the rules surrounding this superstition they should define divine, and they believe they have that divine right. Now lets see them enforce it,my guess is that it will be their final undoing.

As I originally missed the native american part let me just add that they're taking their due,one quarter at a time, now if they would just put all that money to good use.

Nobody owns anything, it's all God's to give to whom He wills.

In the case of Israel, they WILL have the land that was promised, it is prophetic, so it is an assurance. But unlike those who use terror to gain property, it will be the Living God who will make this happen.

The jews have a right to wander the earth without a land to call their own, God's punishment upon them for breaking the covenant he made with them and their continuous rebellion and shunning of his prophets. Allahu Akbar.
