i really like this girl and i cant really tell if she likes me. We flirt A LOT and we give each other hugs and we talk on the phone occasionally. when the bell rang for lunch a few days ago she called me over to her so she could give me a hug. i know i may seem stupid but i have had a REALLY BAD streak with girls lately and i really like her and i dont want to lose her ya know

If she didnt like you she wouldnt pay you so much attention, just don't move too quickly. Give her some genuine compliments

I totally understand where you are coming from..
Remember some of these though.
1. hugs do NOT always mean crush...sometimes, but if that were always true then i would have a crush on alot of guys
2. Just bc you have had a bad streak does not mean that you can give up..i did for a while bc i had a few heart breaks..but just recently i kept at this guy that i really liked and just today he aske dme out...so don't give up on her.
3. IT IS NOT STUPID!!! at all..teen love is far from stupid..it is probably one of the hardest things human beings go through
4. Talk to her, lead her on...prove to her that you like her more then a friend..then see how she reacts and take it form there.

It sounds to me like you NEED to talk to this girl and let her know how you feel. Maybe she feels the same way or maybe the hugs and talks are as FRIENDS only. You really should go to her with this question and NOT STRANGERS. Only you and her know the TRUE answer. GOOD LUCK.
