I usually recommend fekai techinician shampoo and conditioner, or try a protein shampoo. go to bathandbody works and they can recommend you something good too, just let them look at your hair or tell them about it, and they'll find a product just for you.
here are some tips for dry, damaged, or fryed hair:

1.put conditioner into your hiar when it is dry. then wait ten minutes. then rinse out. your hair will absorb it better.

2. get a haircut every month, trimming off the ends incase of split ends. you can tell if you have spilt ends if you stand in the sun and look at the tips of your hair, if they are lighter than the rest of your hair, that is a split end.

3. you can get a silicon serum or leave in conditioner for thick and dry hair.

4. wash your hair only 2-4 times a week.

5.i know it's crazy, but if you hair is dry condition with mayo. leave it in towel dried hair for a few minutes(like 5-20 min). do this every month, if you hair is really really dry,do it every week to every 2 weeks.

6. NEVER comb hair when it is wet, that is when it is vulnerable. if you do have to comb it, comb with a wide-tooth comb.

7. don't blowdry, flatiron,or curl iron your hair so much. do so ONLY once a week, or not at all.

8. wear some hair sunblock for your hair, because sun damages the hair.

9.sleep with a satin or silk pillow case, it prevents damage and prevents frizziness.

10.treat your hair like the finest gold and silk.

There is something new on the market called OJON. It is made with the ingredients that are derived from a certain kind of seed that is very oil rich and makes hair shine! It also restores hair that is damaged. Go to QVC,com then to hair and beauty and then go to OJON HAIR CARE products. There is a kit U should get w/everything U need. LOL

I dye my hair blonde which makes it very very dry.I additionally use GHD's which does no longer help. I even have tried each shampoo on the marketplace from fairly high priced to low-value. yet I even have finally chanced on a winner Redken 5th highway All soft. It leaves your hair like silk and so frizz unfastened. I go away the conditioner on my hair in one day in specific circumstances for a extreme-high quality therapy. additionally a stable tip is to apply John Frieda Emergency therapy spray that's a easy go away in conditioner which fairly facilitates besides.

Terax Crema conditioner

Redken Extreme shampoo, conditioner, treatment, etc.

stop processing it (no color, no straightening iron, no nothing!) and get a good cut.

None. Only a good haircut will solve that. Anything else is just a mask for disaster.
