I've got a horrible attitude, it's gotten me in trouble a lot of times and I just can't control it, I've been this way for almost 8 years now, isn't there something I can do about it? I'm in a good relationship right now and me and my bf have done nothing but fight like dogs because of it, I've tried different things but nothings worked, I get so mad that sometimes I just storm out of wherever I am and go walking, anyone have any suggestions?

I don't know personally know you so it's hard to suggest what could be going on, but start by seeing a pyscologist or even a family therapist. Talking things out with a neutral person helps understand where your attitude is coming from and why it comes on so strong. Has this been going on long? How does your current attitude compare to your younger years? Has it gotten worst or only suddenly come on? Think about these questions. Maybe there is an under lying issue.
This may not be relavent to your situation, but I was having problems with my attitude about 4 years ago that got worst and worst. I looked back at my history and discussed it with family and realized it had been going on my whole life, only now I was more aware of it. It turned out I'm bi-polar. I have little or no depressive episodes. It's been quit a challenge, but medication (I currently cann't take it since I'm pregnant, but when I was taking it, it was working great) and therapy has helped me be me again.
I included some links just in case. But dispite what it could be, seek some outside help. I wish I would have sooner since I lost several good relationships in the process. I'm sure inside you are a great caring person, but taking care of what keeps you from being that way will help you greatly.
Best of luck to you!

I know what you mean. I've been there done that kind of thing. You may want to speak to someone to figure out why you get mad.
Also you may need something to take to mellow you out. I don't know your age, but if older, it could be your hormones. Hope this helps

Try looking up ODD not ADD but ODD it is possible. Or you just need some therapy to help you have more patience and deal with your anger more. Bi-Polar is like that to. Try to relax that is a start!

You have an anger illness. Were your parents constantly angry or someone in your family growing up? Did something major happen to you that caused you to be angry? I would consult your physician who can, in turn, find you a good therapist. Good Luck!

LOL... Yes, I have an perspective. I wouldnt say it is a predicament for me, might be it is a predicament for others however no longer for myself. :) An perspective adjustment isnt some thing bodily. It's simply any one telling you to difference your perspective.

Get a psychiatric evaluation as it sounds like you may need meds and a diagnosis of your problem.
