how good is the resolution of a cam with 640 x 480 píxels (307,200 pixels)????????

wow if that was the resalution of a 640x480 that would be great,
No it is what is says it is 640 pix x 480.pix if your talking about a web cam, they can go up to any resulution your monitor will reach, if your talking about a digital camera then it is mega pix, and the more mega pix the bigger the picture you can print out if your printer would print larger pictures than letter size

640 x 480 was the highest resolution of my very first digicam in 1996 or so.
It is all right for looking at on a screen. It may make a barely acceptable 4x6 print if pressed. 300,000 pixels is less than a third of a mega pixel.

If its a web cam, I'll say its ok or its standard. If its a phone cam, I'll say its on the low end. I don't think any company will make a digital camera that only take still picture at resolution this low.
