He just like smiled at me in the hall and I smiled back. Then he started to kind of ignore me and I thought he was playing hard-to-get and didn't know how so I kinda' played along with him but now it's like we're totally ignoring each-other and I really like him so that's not good. HELP!

Well, this is kind of infatuation with some one u just saw and liked bec. he smiled at u which made u felt good and not he ignores u....
i would say - just dont do anything.. its not that u were in a relation or something like that..
but if its bothering u too much, go and say hi to him if u really like him and make sure thta he does not have bad intentions...

I'm sorry, but what is the problem? You never had any sort of relationship with this guy from the sounds of it. You smiled once in a hallway.... This is rather silly. Don't worry about something that does not impact your life.
