No I believe he was talking to the women of Corinth which was largely a pagan city and was a matriarcal society. He was probably telling them to shut up so the men could hear over them trying to protest the teachings of Christ. That is why he told them to hold their questions until they got home at which time the men could tell the women what was said. It is possible that they women in the church were separated from the men as well and that the men were in front of the women but could not hear over the women talking. They were a rough and rowdy bunch of non believers.
If you notice in Romans 16 He is telling the romans to follow what pheobe says and to get her whatever she needs in the work of the lord...therefore he acknowledges women's role in the church and their relevance in teaching the gospel.

first of all, Saul of Tarsus and Apostle Paul are a similar guy. He replaced his call after he replaced into "kept". Secondly, Why do Christians do this kind of vast quantity of issues the bible tells them now to not do? You cant %. and decide. And very last yet not least, ought to you somewhat see women persons strolling round in rags? i'm confident you does not opt for your lady friend of spouse (assuming a woman can positioned up with you) to stroll round in some thing lower than what she deserved.

I will grant that people who teach are subject to a stricter judgment
women may teach other women, Sunday school, lead vbs, lead hospitality, have women seminar, serve on committees, speak up during church voting where frankly they usually outnumber men
women normatively would not ex cerise authority over a man, but there are always exceptions when there is no man to do it... there were women prophetesses in the Old testaments, woman Judges, women leaders of armies and women heroes

Of man? In the Scriptures the word man is understood to mean mankind. And yes women do have a blood guilt on their hands. Remember, it was EVE that fell for the lie of the devil, but Adam followed her into transgression because of the great love he had for her. He was not fooled, he went into sin with his eyes open. And all through the ages, mankind has done that exact same thing, over and over again. What they did we do.

History of Coninth:
Reason for Pauls statement:
The people of Corinth had a temple where the women there were supposed to be saviors of men by the men sleeping with them in the temple....These women were obviously corrupt...Paul was warning them not to let them women there corrupt God's Church with their beliefs....
This has nothing to do with any other Church!
There are many female Ministers God calls all to spread his word! He cares not what gender we are!

The Bible verse you are refering to is talking about women taking the lead in the congregation. It was the man's duty to teach the congregation, not the woman's. It's kind of a tricky subject. Hope I've helped. Peace!

What?
Women are commanded by Paul to be silent in church and to be obedient to men. He further says that "if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in church." 1 Corinthians 14:34-35
What has that to do with the final judgement? It's to keep women silent and submissive to men, and that's all. It also assumes, by the way, that women are too dumb to figure out what's going on, and need to ask their man to teach them.

I don't know what you are talkign about. Paul was the first allow women to go to church with the men of that time who did not allow women to do so. he also wanted women to go to school. Women of that time were not allowed to do so. Women were aloowed to be in leadership positions in Paul's church. In a scripture, Paul calls it Adam's sin, not Eve's sin, when he refers to the Graden of eden. Women are not allowed to teach, because they were not educated at the time and therefore could not teach what they did not know. Pastor's will use this to keep women from being female Pastor's forgetting that at that time, women could not get theological degrees like they can today.
