OKay I have known this amazing guy for at least five years and we have been friends. From the first time I saw him i knew I liked him and I let him know. He was dating this girl for awhile and she would not let him talk to ANYONE, they broke up last year. Well we started to actually hangout again in march of this year and i knew from then on I was in love!! He told me he was joining the military and at first I was okay with him being gone because it was his life, now he is gone and i am are dying. i went to see him in september and we started to officially date, but we had had feeling for eachother for awhile. my question is we have only been together for two going on three months and he wants me to move where he is staioned. I would not leave till next May but in my heart I want to go, But everyone I know is totally against it because they say he is just going to be shipped out leaving me alone! I feel in my heart he is the one I want to be with for the rest of my life! HELP please

Although long distance relationships are tough I would wait until you had a more formal commitment to each other before moving out there. I think in the early stages it would be jumping the gun. Only when he decides he wants to marry you, should you make that kind of move.

You should follow your heart go move with him it doesn't make any sense for you to stay far from him and making yourself miserable if he gets shipped off you could always move back home

you will possibly desire to stick on your head, no longer your heart. think of this via rationally. for my section it would be completely insane so which you would be able to come to a decision to this guy after decrease than 10 weeks! I even have stuff in my refrigerator older than that! Come on now!

If he's in the military then your friends are probably right and he will keep moving but its coming down to who you're more loyal to, your friends or your boyfriend. Which one is forever? In the end it will be up to you, not your friends or even your bf...
