the best way to lose weight is to lose it slowly i know that's not what you want to here but there will be more chance of it staying off for good that way.
take it one step at a time try to walk a little bit more each day, use stairs instead of lifts if you think you are hungry have a drink of water first then wait 20 mins to see if you still want food a lot of the time you wont grill or steam food instead of frying and use a smaller plate so your portions are smaller. once you start losing the weight i suggest you try swimming or some other form of low impact exercise.
popcorn is good when you want a snack always get salted never sweet. good luck.

We all know there's no easy way because we've tried them all! Short term, I've heard of the Optifast (meal replacement milkshakes) and the soup diet working. Long term, there's a diet called Scarsdale Diet which is a better choice. It's healthy food, with a lot of fish and salad. You can actually feel full but lose weight at the same time. It's a better choice because it's habit changing, which is what you need long term. And as always, exercise...

I read in readers digest a year or so ago how to lose weight fast. Stay away from the sodium, and it said hot peppers somehow make you lose weight. Fidgeting burns calories, so do a lot of that (if you don't annoy everyone around you.) I dont remember the rest. But it is better to just lose weight with excercise, and it is easier to keep off then too.

It is hard to say if these methods (listed above) will make you lose weight quickly.. well they might but it depends on your metabolism.. each of our bodies are different. There is nothing wrong with good old fashioned exercise and low sugar and fat. (Don't completely cut out carbs - atkins is a dangerous diet encouraging fat and no carbs at all. You need carbs for energy.. just get rid of white carbs (sugar, white rice, white bread, potatoes) and go for sweet potatoes (yams), quinoa or buckwheat (rice replacement) and granary or barley bread).

easy, run for 10 miles, you will loose sweat, and feel dehydratated, otherwise you can run every day and pay attention to what you eat without restraining too much, eat a bit of everything and do a lots of sports.
take the stairs instead of the lift and walk instead of taking the car as well.

i read in articles that it isnt healthy to loose weight quickly but better to loose weight normal way like excercising and eating right.......the article was mostly telling how bad and unhealthy you muscles and such would effect your body by loosing weight quickly and was mostly targeting the show "the biggest loser"

Try to drink only water. exercise for about 30 minutes a day. Watch what you eat. Eat VERY SLOW. The reason to eat slow, is because your brain takes 20 minutes before it can tell if your stomach is full..

I lost over a stone in a month by not eating fast food. Bit ov excercise and only two small meals a day.

Cut out CARBS of all kinds. Exercise..I did pilates every day for 30-40 mins..loved it. No SODA..drink Water and I like Green Tea
