It's most likely a cole sore but a year could be an ingrown mole or in worst case a tumor. i sugest you go call at the local dentist and schedule an appoinment for your self tomaro morning. I hope u only have a cole sore wish u luck!! =)

talk to your dentist and you doctor. what one may not know, the other should. it might be nothing but you should definantly get it looked at, just in case
