If I understand you correctly, this is an imperative on which you ask someone to watch your family carefully, right? This would be:

משפחתי היא הסלע שלי, שמור עליה היטב
Mish-pach-tEE hi ha-sE-la she-lEE, shmor al-Ey-ha hey-tEv

If your asking someone to strengthen your family:

משפחתי היא הסלע שלי, חזק אותה
Mish-pach-tEE hi ha-sE-la she-lEE, cha-zEk ot-Ah
