Avoid the sun, tanning booths, smoking and alcohol. Smoking will cause wrinkles badly and alcohol dehydrates your skin. Drink plenty of water. I drink 1/2 gallon a day at least. Spend the extra 5 dollars and get a decent moisturizer with good SPF protection and use it every single day.

Grow old gracefully. I love being 43!

Eat nutritious foods and generally live a healthy lifestyle. Most important may be to protect from sun damage.

There are under-eye moisturizers (if you don't want a whole face-load of moisturizer all the time) with sunscreen in them.

I don't know if this had anything to do with it or not, but I've always worn a light foundation (from the time I was in high school). When it was available with sunscreen I'd get one with that in it. I had no signs of aging whatsover for several (I mean SEVERAL) years later than many people do.

Externally the sun causes wrinkles, internally stress. Keep away from direct sun light and put anything on your skin with SPF protection every single day.

Stay inside and don't ever use makeup. If that sounds like a fun life, then have fun. I'll just live with the wrinkles and enjoy the outdoors.

Me 2. I just try to stay out of the sun as much as possible. The sun causes so much damage, take a look around you, its rather crazy when you think of it. Plus wrinkles arent that bad, they really just show how good your life was, and that you smiled alot lol!!!

Sunblock, sunblock, sunblock.
Wear it on your face everyday, as your moisturizer.
Something like 80% of wrinkles come from sun damage over the years.
Also, eat lots of fruits and veg, drink lots of water, all through your life.
The rest is genetics, and can't be helped.

Always, always, always use sunscreen. Whether it's in your moisturizer or foundation. Use a lip balm with sunscreen in it too. Wash your face nightly as well. I do all these things, I'm 34 and people always tell me that I look like I'm 25.
