Just say "hi" every time you see him. Ask him how he is today and say something about the weather. The size of your smile will give him the needed hint. Don't worry too much about dressing provocatively, as some women do, since that would only tell him that all you want is sex. After a few times of doing this he should respond. If he doesn't, then he doesn't like you in a romantic way.
