Does anyone know if all the current Emirates Boeing 777-300ER planes have this sort of lighting? I will be flying on this exact Emirates airplane next week.

all 773ERs will have this lighting... unless you're stuck in the non-ER aircraft where you will have to deal with crappy workhorses...

From what I know...first class is like that. First Class also private cabins and reclinable seats that turn into beds. But that pic looks like economy class....which is really cool.
