i live in the us and want to go somewhere warm and tropical. i'm planning on going in february. i've been to hawaii and puerto vallarta. any ideas?

For the money:
How about the South Pacific...
Tahiti & Bora Bora are amazin.
It may be a little more than the Carribean but its worth
EVERY penny!!!

If I had visited Bora Bora when I was younger I
would of stayed!!! I still might retire there.

Go to the Caribbean to the US Virgin islands. St. Thomas, St. John and also St. Croix are all just a *stones throw* away from each other so you in essense get three for one as far as destinations go. There is SO much to do and see and it seems each place you go is even more beautiful than the last. I've been there 3 times and would go back in an instant...

Without question, the place to go is Costa Rica....I went there last January and the place is beautiful that time of year....Look for information on Tamarindo Beach.....We stayed at a place called El Jardin de Eden.....Highly reccommend it

I would strongly recommend Patong Beach at Phuket,Thailand...

I immediately fell in love with the place when I went there at the first time...The residents and store assistants are very nice and courteous.

And not to mention that there are many caucasians over there too....Who knows you might be able to make some fellow friends there? =)

Thailand. Tons of islands...
Went there last year and stayed for 2 months.
Airfare was $575 and spent about $1500 for entire stay which includes both food and lodging. It's REALLY cheap in Thailand.
