My hair is brown, my neck is long and my face is kind of ovalish, but I don't want a really short cut.

get your hair cut in a Uniform layered haircut (45 or less) and get bangs that sweep to one side of your face it will take the attention away from your face and uniform layered is basically long layers oh and dont get a razor cut bc that may take off bulk but it adds more volume

Get a hair cut with uniform layers cut into it will accentuate your features, you can also curl it as curls in layered hair always looks good.

Ask your hairdresser to give you a razor cut. I have extreamly thick hair . I once got a razor cut , and I always keep getting them .. they are great. They cut down on the weight of your hair.

just go to a good hair cutter and have them cut it for you. By good I mean at least $80 per haircut. My haircuts cost $113 w/ tip.

i'd say keep it long and do long layers around your face!! so it can be beautiful long and flowy and yet it will also help shape your face but by getting long layers it wont make your neck look overly long!

Nicely I'm a boy but I consider on us boys, short hair is actually always better. Long hair doesn't USUALLY show a sign of dominance. A person see most other guys with lengthy hair that doesn't look like these people can fight. For example there is actually a boy in my school along with very long blonde hair.

you want to try to hide your neck so i suggest layers to bring out your face and if you have a big forehead get bangs but swoop them to one side.
