some do, but it works best when you touch the Bible to them, or talk scripture around them. its funny when their hair catches fire.

No; contrary to popular belief, Vampyres don't have an adverse reaction to the crucifix. At least, that's what Anne Rice wrote..... ;)

No. My reaction is more along the lines of "why would someone take an ancient execution method and make it into a sacred holy symbol?" It seems perverse to focus on.

Nope, not at all. I actually find such a symbol of hate and bigotry being used by religion as a symbol of faith a bit amusing.
