Does anyone know Nonnie? we are trying to locate my 25 yr old nephew was is looking for us as well. we know he was taken into Foster care in 1982 and was placed with the phoenix arizona child protective services where later that year he was adopted. I know his first name is John but we called him Nonnie. Is there anyone who can lead me into the right direction? I'll say this about my nephew. his moms name was Rosie and daddy is Jonn and his child hood nick name was nonnie. he has a sister somewhere in glendale arizona. he is african american and hispanic he has 2 living aunts in avondale Az who love him dearly. thank you to anyone who knows how I can find Nonnie

Start with a telephone call to child protective services in Phoenix. You may have to go through some hoops to find him. If they can help you, you will have to do some work to trace his path.
