Either $100 or you can't do it, depending on how restricted the ticket you bought was. Travelocity and the other bulk resellers usually only sell tickets that are heavily restricted. Most of the times, one of the restrictions is that there is no refund and no cancellation--- either you fly on the date and time scheduled or you lose out on the plane fare. Contact the airline you are flying with; they can determine the ticket restrictions by looking at the purchase record and tell you if you can make changes for a fee or if you are stuck into travelling on that particular date.

Generally the fee to change flight day/time depends on the airline. The change fee can be from $25.00 to $100.00. Also, if there has been an increase in the price of the ticket since your purchase date you can be charged this difference as well. As to Travelocity - not sure if you can go through them to change any part of your ticket....but if you can, they may have a service fee as well.

I just went through this a month ago with Expedia. What expedia told me was that I have to contact the airline itself because they already have the reservation. It's usually $70.00 to $150.00, it's all depend on the airline. For me, it was easier just to buy another ticket from another airline because it was cheaper then changing the date on the same airline for my return flight.

dc girl is right.
I have found Travelocity, Expedia and others, difficult to work with in making any change. So I always book my flights directly with the airline. That doesn't mean that it won't be any cheaper to change, but usually, they are more flexible with alternatives.
