How long and at what temperature should I bake 5 1/2" gingerbread cookies?

I'll say 350º F for 10-20 minutes will be enough.

Still, you should keep watch, since you are cooking just a few cookies.

it depends how thick they are but 7-10 minutes should be enough time. I forgot to include a temperature - 350Âº is good.

475 degrees for thirty minutes.........after thirty or so, check to see if they are done-they'll probably require more time.
