it is the hybrid of kale and broccoli somebody mentioned above. Has the texture of broccoli, and a slightly more peppery taste than broccoli.
Very tasty stuff when sauteed with red pepper flakes, garlic, olive oil.

It is NOT baby broccoli. It's a hybrid of Chinese kale and broccoli.
