Just remember that every time you damage your skin it increases your chances of getting melanoma (skin cancer).

If you're going to be out in the sun when you're there, you may consider using a tanning booth, but limit your exposure, check with the attendants and don't stay in more than 5 minutes or so, maybe even less when you start.

Your skin turns darker in self defense, and a little bit of color isn't that dangerous, but don't overdo it.

Not unless you want skin cancer. D: You should probably find a brand of sunscreen that you are not allergic to - ask you doc, maybe? Many brands have a "spray on" tan that actually looks natural. If I were you, I would definitely not lay out in the sun, trying to get a tan.

i comprehend you suggested which you dont choose to flow to a tan parlor, yet they have extreme tension beds that are approximately 12 minutes and you have under a million p.c. danger to burn. you may basically could go a million-three times to get a stable base (it relatively is particularly remarkable) those beds dont burn while you evaluate that's a UVA basically mattress (maximum beds are UVB) the adaptation is UVB builds up your melanin that your epidermis already has, and the UVA will darken it...the only element is, specific you will get tan from the extreme tension, yet you dont have any resistance interior the solar. So in case you do come to a decision to get a dismal non-unfavourable tan interior the extreme tension, slather solar block on your trip so which you dont burn. Use a solar tan lotion too (from the salon) it has an ingrideint noted as tyrosine in it that opens up your pores in approximately 40 5 seconds (in case you dont it takes 7-10 minutes to open your pores and you will lose your tan...) oh, did I point out that your tan will final for 2 weeks after 3 classes?? provide it a thought :) i wish I helped!

You can try tanning beds, but they and the sun are quite unhealthy (in spite of the fact that many of us still use them). There are a number of self-tanning products out now that will give you color, without the skin damage. However when you are out in the sun, you'll need to stay covered if you cannot wear sunscreen.

If you have very pale skin, you should enjoy it, a lot of men like that skin color! Think of how ridiculous Nicole Kidman would look with a tan! Also, if you are very pale, you might only "burn" and never really "tan". My grandmother was Irish-Scottish (read, VERY pale), and if she went outside without 40+ SPF, she would burn terribly and painfully! And never got any darker. People with very pale skin are also very prone to the damaging affects of the sun, like wrinkling and skin cancer.

That said, if you really really want to get a tan, buy that sunless tanner that allows you to build it up, like the Build a tan from Neutrogena. Make sure you exfoliate first!

use a tanning bed, but only go for four to five minutes at first. if you go somewhere the attendant will be able to help you figure out when to go longer and how often you should go. the spray on works well too, but it gets blotchy when it starts to fade. you can do that at the salon too or use endless summer. it is around $10.00 and it covers evenly.

Put a little bit of tanning lotion on or go to a tanning store and try a tanning bed.

Tinted moisturizer, or else you'll end up w/ skin cancer. no joke. You probably have almost all (or all) the best chances to get melanoma (which is highly fatal). Don't ruin your future family with tanning in the sun.
