What are some good ways to lose weight? This guy that I like is coming to visit me this summer and I want to be slimmer in the stomach does anyone know what I can do?

Do crunches and lift weights. Build some muscle mass. Don't worry, you won't look like a body builder. Girls don't gain a lot of muscle. Muscle takes so much energy that even when you're sitting down, it burns fat. Also, eat healthily. Eat lean protein, not fatty protein. Eat fruits and vegetables, drink water, not a lot of artificially flavoured stuff. As I said before, crunches are great for your stomach. If you're going to count calories, then find out your minimum calorie intake - your weight times 100. That's how many calories you should eat MINIMUM in a day. But really, that's unhealthy. So you should just forget about the calories and just eat what you think is healthy (I'm trusting you on your judgement here! XD). A great snack is celery and peanut butter. Celery is mostly fiber, so it'll just pass through your system and you won't really gain weight (and it keeps your digestive system healthy! :D). Good luck!

try stomach crunches. they tone up as well like sit ups gd luck but u shouldnt have 2 change 4 a guy. or 4 ne 1

Count calories. Stick to 1200-1500 calories a day-- that is a sure bet. I lost 30 pounds in three months--- no exercising!!

be sure you diet regularly, and dont eat less that is not good for you..Do lots of cardio training like i am when wrestling is over. Jump rope is really good for conditioning.hit training is good. do plyometrics, sprint lots of 40's, run uphills, jog 2-4 miles, 4 quarter drills, square drills, agility drills / carioca, shuffles,butt rolls,directions,dirty dozen laps around a field.

drink lots of water it speeds up metabolism
eat allot of fruit and vegetables
avoid red meats fatty foods and junk foods
do not drink soda even diet soda
exercise even if you just walk
i lost 40 lbs. this way and kept it off for the past 3 years
