Just go and buy the frozen ones in the store. The ones that are already cut into squares. You can fix them up by adding nuts or anything else you like.

MONSTER COOKIES THEY ARE VERY YUMMY AND EASY TO MAKE! 1/2 cup butter,softened 1 cup sugar 1 cup plus 2 Tablespoons brown sugar 3 eggs 2 cups peanut butter 1/4 teaspoon vanilla 3/4 teaspoon light corn syrup 4 1/2 cups regular oatmeal 2 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 cup chocolate chips 1 cup M's [edit] Steps Preheat oven to 350° Cream butter in a bowl Gradually add the sugars Beat well Add eggs, peanut butter, vanilla and corn syrup Beat well Stir in the remaining ingredients Drop dough onto a greased cookie sheet, 1/4 cup each, 4 inches apart Cook for 12-15 minutes Cool slightly and then move to a wire rack to cool completely Makes about 2 1/2 dozen cookies [edit] Tips If you like hard, crisp cookies, cook closer to 15 minutes For softer, chewier cookies, cook closer to 12 minutes You can make smaller sized cookies if you want, however what fun are small 'monster' cookies?

No bake chocolate oatmeal cookies are great.They're cheap ingriedients and not time consuming either:)
2 cups sugar
1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
1/2 cup Pet milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 cups oats
In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients except peanut butter and oats and cook over medium heat. Let boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and oats.
Spoon out quickly onto wax paper or aluminum foil. Cookies will harden as they set.

these sound like they're healthy overload- but they are delicious- i made them for friends and got rave reviews~ a variation would be to use chocolate chips or white chocolate chips and cranberries- Yummy!!!
Egg-Free Low-Fat Oatmeal Cookies
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup applesauce
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F ( 175 degrees C ). Grease a cookie sheet.
In a medium bowl, stir together the brown sugar, white sugar, and applesauce. Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon; stir into the applesauce mixture. Add the rolled oats, raisins and chopped nuts (if desired); stir until combined.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool slightly before removing from the baking sheet.

INGREDIENTS
* 1 cup shortening
* 1 1/2 cups white sugar
* 3 eggs
* 3 cups all-purpose flour
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1 (9 ounce) package condensed mincemeat, crumbled
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
2. In a large bowl, cream together the shortening and sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Sift together the flour, baking soda and salt; stir into the creamed mixture. Finally, stir in the mincemeat.
3. Drop dough by teaspoons onto the prepared baking sheets. Bake 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove from baking pans to cool on wire racks.

this one never fails: 1 C shortening( I use the crisco sticks butter flavor), 3/4 C br sugar, 3/4 C white sugar, 2 eggs, 1 t vanilla, 2 C (app) Ch chips ( I just throw some in), 2 1/2 C flour, combine 1 t baking soda and 2 T boiling water. Cream shortening with sugars. Add eggs, vanilla, and soda mixture. Add chips and flour. Bake @ 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes. Yummy and they generally stay soft!

When I made chocolate chip cookies I always use the recipe on the back of Tollhouse brand chocolate chips. They always come out perfect and they're easy and quick.
And if you use it, subsitute crisco for butter.

Croation Christmas Cookies
1c. butter
1 egg
2 1/2 c. flour
4 egg whites
1 tsp lemon juice 1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1c. strawberry or apricot preserves
3/4c. finely ground walnuts or pecan
1 c. soarsely chopped walnuts or pecans
work butter until creamy, stir in 1/2 c. sugar then beat till fluffy. Beat in egg yolk and salt. stir in flour and mix well. place batter in bottom of a 9x13 pan.
beat preserves slightly with fork and spead ontop of batter.
whip egg whites until stiff, gradually add remaining 1c. sugar continuing to whip until mixture stands in peaks. Fold in ground nuts and lemon juice swirl over preserves and sprinkle chopped nuts ontop
Bake 40-45 min on 350
Cool in pan and cut into squares
makes 4 dz cookies
