Smile, be friendly, and when they say something, join in with what they are saying, even if you don't agree, say so! Relaxing is a good idea too, men like confidant, relaxed girls, if they think you might turn out to be a bunny boiler or are a bit loud they tend to not be too interested.
Think MELLOW thoughts. Be happy, yet calm. And give him a 'look', smile and look right into his eyes when he's talking. He'll either smile back or take a step back, either way you know wether he is interested.

Have a drink with him by all means but don't set out to get him drunk in order to have your wicked way with him. If he did that to you, I don't think you would be too impressed.
You are obviously attracted to that guy at work. Chat to him innocently ( no obvious come ons) and see if you have a mutual liking for each other. If you do, suggest an evening out, if he hasn't already beaten you to it!
If you don't click, move on!
Good Luck!

This may sound cliche..but when a guy was himself and not overtly aggressive has always worked for me. If you're at a bar, a good opening would be offering to buy a drink, commenting on th drink they have, about the club/bar itself, or where the bathroom is...kinda dorky yes but they work.

Try to get into his line of view, look him into the eyes and smile. Repeat this a couple of times. If he likes you he will approach you. He'll probably say something like "Hi, whats your name, can I buy you a drink", etc.
Just go from there. Keep it simple and honest. Guys don't like head games.
Good luck.

Start with saying hello, and then go from there. Just let the conversation flow, don't try to really hold it down on one subject.

Why waste your time with them, they live in the stonge age and communicate with grunts. Any questions you have for them, and you are accussed of moaning. They dress like truckers and smell like F@@kers. I wouldn't even piss on one if they were on fire.
